Watch Video - Valve Body Solenoid Buzzing / Vibrating VERY Loud

2010 Mini Cooper S - Putting the key in the ignition in accessory mode (engine off) causes a VERY loud buzzing from the transmission pan. I dropped it to take a look, and its one solenoid thats causing all the vibrating and noise.
Anyone know whats causing this, or if its normal? Touching the solenoid casing (the part im using a screwdriver to touch) gave me a serious SHOCK.

Change your txt color to black please.

Measure the resistance of the solenoid.

I don’t know how I managed to make the text white. Fixed. Ill lookup how to measure the resistance today and give it a go.

Did you figure out the problem? I just installed a RevMax valve body and it's throwing codes, stuck in 5th gear, and making a similar noise. One of the solenoids is also getting no power...
