Is this supposed to look like this?

Car is a 2011 mini cooper s n18


Trying to sus out a vacume leak found a few things I think are out of place

pic number one looks pretty clean it almost looks like I'm missing a hose there
pic two is some hose that connects to nothing pulled it out it has oil ( massive pain to get back )

Any help would be nice

Pretty sure the second hose is the transmission vent and is supposed to be open to air.

yep - second one looks like trans vent tube. First pic - maybe a AC port sans cap?

Yep deffently trans vent looked up the part

Guess i'm gonna have to keep digging

Is the first picture the bleeder port on the thermostat...? If it is, it is supposed to look like that.
