Hi all,
im buying a used 2012 mcs r57. The codes im getting using the iphone car scanner app show me:
A0B0
A69C
5110
P18B9
it seems to indicate issues with the ECU. I cant get a good explanation googling. My question is, are these potentially very expensive non-diy type repairs? Im also attaching a photo of the engine oil. I very much appreciate your help as I look forward to being part of this community.
DME if you replace with "new" from mini is about 2500$ plus a program at your local mini dealer or specialist.... used, your at the 100$ range (depending year, and dme(ecu) number. and there are a few guys around that can help you clone the old one. I am not at all familiar with the iPhone code reader, and if its not a specialized one to mini your codes are gonna be hard to chase down.
