Coolant Pipe tabs connection sites?

I replaced the water pump yesterday and will replace the coolant pipe (from water pump to t-stat) today. The pipe is removed and I notice two tabs that look like they were connected to something. However, when removing it i simply reach my hand under the intake manifold and pulled, so I do not know what was connected or how/where to reconnect. I can not find a diagram on Newtis either.

Some someone have an image or information that can help? I would hate to do all this work and not have it reconnected properly.

from what I remember, there might be a tab for the knock sensor and the other could be for the oil pump connector ( for the N18 engine). most of the time these tabs (on the wire side) end up breaking when pulled. Personally, not a big deal.

those little tabs were for the wiring harness to clip to it. Not a big deal if you didn't put them back on
