I believe my 2012 JCW HPFP has failed. It’s got all the symptoms. I see the sticky about rebuilding and may take that route. Has anybody used one of the remanufactured sellers on eBay? At $150, I could buy 10 and still save money on an OEM version.

I got a letter a while back that MINI extended the warranty on my 2012 MCS. Might want to give them a call..

 

Yeah, it’s extended to 120k miles. I have 124k. I’ve talked to them about warranty issues before. I’m inclined to say contacting them will be a waste of time.

 

do you have the N14 or N18? I had my 2012 JCW hardtopn14 diagnosed with a failing HPFP this week. Mini told me there was no warranty on mine even though im under the 120k. Do you have a link to see that it was extended to 2012 models?
