Coolant hoses broken?

So, the 2013 hard top my wife drives gave us a present this morning on her way to work. About 10 miles out it ran hot and she turned around and got it back home. Noticed no coolant, so I filled it back up, and let it run. While the car is sitting there didn't appear to be a leak. So, I drove it a mile, and bought it right back, then looked. Now I could see it basically pouring out. Take a look at the pics, and is this something I should be able to fix? Links to parts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated for sure. I don't think I could make it 90 miles to the dealership.

This T section where you see the clamp is where the leak is coming out.

Also, I sent the pictures to the mini place in Charleston, where they did all the work for the thermostat, housing, pipes, in August of 2018. There's a two year warranty and they are checking to make sure it's covered. I just don't know how I'll get it there besides towing it. ugh.

edit:
After seeing that picture you posted, I went back and looked, and it definitely looks like that.

Ok, glad to help. Yep check on that they might cover it if it was replaced at the time. If not we are here and have it in stock. Otherwise you would have to make a metal T and sleeve and clamp it in place as a temp fix.

Ordered. cost less than from the dealer, and that is with shipping 2nd day. Also, saved on the cost for gas 180 miles worth lol.

Take a look at the various procedures here --- https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/ I didn't look, but most everything is covered. Enter the last seven characters of your VIN for the correct set of procedures.

Checked it. I might have missed it, but didn't see anything regarding what I'm in for. Using the last 7 of vin, R56 was chosen.

I have the old pieces off now, and I'm putting it together. Having a REAL hard time getting the line to fit onto the thermostat housing. I barely have any room to play. I have two more hours to go before I have to be able to drive it lol.
