Seat Back Problem

I have owned my JCW 2009 Model two years without any problems, but now I notice when braking the seat back has some play.
For example when you stop going down a hill you can feel it move foreward. There is on or two inches in play. Anyone ever have this problem?
Did you have to find another seat?

Thanks for your feedback
Sam M
