Help limp mode codes p1338 p1339 possibly
So my 2011 Countryman is now running but the half filled engine light came on. I have tried scanning it a few times but couldn’t get anything. I did get Codes p1338 p1339 have come up 1 time cleared them out but engine is still in limp mode, the cam sensors tested out good there is 5v at the plug on both.
I have checked the engine timing about 5 times now and every time I put the crank locking pin in the cams are good. Cranking compression is 155 on all of the cylinders the car run it is quiet little stumble on starting but that it.
the car had no power at all it Revvs slow and when it warms up it has even less power.
I’m kinda lost again.

Maybe try posting in the proper area on the forum. This is the "Build" section. People come here to showcase builds of entire cars. You are looking for help in the wrong section.
Sounds like throttle position sensor issues but that is just off the cuff.

What Section do you suggest I post in? I am not sure where the activity is on this forum I am new to it.
I believe R60 /R61 stock problems issues section. This is a Gen 2 Mini ?
It's a good idea to look up all the codes and list what they are rather than just post code numbers.

P16e7 P16E7 - DME, internal fault, monitoring 5V sensor power supply: Voltage outside valid range
P10ed ??? P10DE - Valvetronic, adjustment range: Initial learning outside tolerance
Po53a P053A - Engine PVC heating system, control activation: Open circuit
and the like
I'm guessing if you just had the motor rebuilt and these are your codes you likely have a plug / connection that did not get plugged back in fully. Possibly a pinched wire but I would be double checking plugs. Possible two plugs mixed up?
If you confirmed your timing several times, trust that you did that correctly and try following logical conclusions of your codes.

P1338 - Intake Camshaft: Angular offset to crankshaft is outside tolerance range
P1339 - Camshaft Position Sensor Rationality Check (Inlet - Outlet)
Again, trusting that you checked mechanical timing is correct, wrong sensor in wrong location? These are somewhat educated guesses.
