Power cut during acceleration

Power cut during acceleration
My 2010 Mini Cooper Clubman S has same problem as this video.
Does anybody knows why?
If I do slow acceleration, it is ok and when I put gear to neutral, it is ok but any gear with hard acceleration, it does same as video.
By the way, I have a manual gear box.
