Front end vibration (2006 MCS 6spd)

Looking for advice. My 2006 MCS has a vibration in the front end. I replaced the motor mount today, have new tires and also had a front end alignment less than 300 miles ago. Still getting a noticeable (although it seems a bit better after the new motor mount) vibration above 40 miles per hour. It seems to be on the passenger side but I'm not certain.

Just over 50K on the car..original miles...

Well...sometimes a vibration is just a vibration caused from out of balanced wheels. Apparently one of my wheels threw some balance weights...shop diagnosed and rebalanced the wheel at no cost...riding smooth again.

Does the vibration happen when u are stopped in neutral and rev the engine?

if not, wheels, brakes, and axle shafts are things that might cause vibration
