Anyone have a transmission mount (driver side that attaches to the top of the trans) for a 2006 S 6 speed manual. I have been striking out at the junk yards. I did find a vendor for new but they are asking $160. Looking for a cheaper option. Can anyone out there help.

Yah mine is an 2006 S 6 speed. So it takes this motor mount. $189.00 at that site.

Check out www.partsgeek.com. The genuine MINI versions are in the $190 range, but there are other mounts are around $65. I've ordered quite a few part from them on my 2004 and never had an issue.

 

Ahh, I see the error in my ways, my apologies.

Personally, I picked up some PowerFlex race inserts on sale for like $24, so I'll see how those do. My OEM bushings are super squishy, so the combo might do well? TBD.
