R56 Starting Issues

Ok, so I have a ‘07 MCS and I changed the HPFP (Ebay), the Fuel Filter, Spark Plugs, tensioner, MAS and Ignition Coils; but I now have problems with the car. I can start it but it won’t remain running. It runs for a little while (meaning a couple of minutes) and then shuts down.......I’m frustrated and unsure as to what the problem can be..... HELP!!

when it is running, is the check engine light on?

Yes it is. Also, I just changed the fuel pump in the gas tank.......
