Hi my fellow mini owners, I'm having an issue with my hood not closing properly. The passenger side closes as it should while the drivers side only latches but does not close all the way. There is a visible gap. Is this an issue with the cable or the latch mechanism it's self. Any advice would be appreciated as I would like to fix this issue immediately. Thank you

 

not sure if this will help, but you can adjust the rubber stopper to allow the hood to travel further down. There is on stopper on each side normally by the latches.

 

Okay, I will try this tomorrow. I never touched them rubber stoppers so I don't see how that would cause this issue. But I will try. Thank you!

 

Since when do you "have to" touch something for an issue to occur?
