Stock Satellite Radio NO CHANNEL

I own a 2012 MCS with the stock radio, and starting this morning, I started getting an error NO CHANNEL for the satellite setting. Yes, I do subscribe and have tried a signal refresh multiple times, and I don't even have the ESN or phone number displayed like you see when you aren't subscribed to Sirius.

Have any of you run into this? Thanks.

I had them re-ping the system, by sending the signal again to activate the system. Is that what you tried.

Other than that it's possible the antenna is bad?

I tried doing the signal refresh myself on the website. I am going to call Sirius to see if they have other ways to re-sync, or if they can see my ESN in the network. Were you also having the NO CHANNEL error?
