Please Help, Indication lights not working

Hello.
This is an odd one. My turn signals, high beams, headlights, and hazard lights all work, however, the indicators on the tachometer above the steering wheel are not working. I have checked each of the fuses, tried resetting the ECU through the speedo, removed the battery ground, I even tried replacing the entire tach. Nothing seems to be working or fixing the problem. I am out of ideas. also, for the second time, my Airbag light has come on for seemingly no reason, and the green light showing the AC is on is not working either. It won't blow cold air. The problem with the AC happened once before, but pulling the fuse seemed to fix it last time.. but not this time. I would really appreciate any help.
