Low tone engine whistle at 3000 RPMs.
I test drove a 2005 Mini today and everything was great except when I would accelerate, it would start to make a low tone whistle/scream right at about 3000 RPMs. Then I would change gears and when I would get back to 3000 RPMs it would start making the noise again. Besides that it was great, just wondering if anyone can tell me if that's a major problem or not? It's a manual 5speed by the way, non turbo.
