Hesitation at Around 1st Gear

I bought my '08 Clubman S back in Sept and the one problem that's always been around since I got it(which hasn't caused any greater ones) was the hesitation around 1st gear. This usually happens only when I'm in stop-and-go traffic or driving around neighborhoods.

When I let go of the gas at around 1st gear I can feel a sort of "vibration" before it drops lower (not sure if this would be because of the shocks which I know are due also). So far I've replaced my spark plugs and cylinders. The mini dealer near me told me that the timing chain looks to have been replaced before I had it, as well as the HPFP, so I'm hoping those aren't the issue. Should also add that the tensioner was replaced yesterday.

Now with all that said, Where should I look in terms of pinpointing the problem? I've read a couple threads saying that it could be the throttle body but I'm hoping that somebody can point something else out, preferably something that could be a cheaper fix hahah

(PS I've got nearly 71k miles on it now if that helps!)
