Gear engaging
When one changes the clutch and feels like the gears are engaged differently is this a matter of setting? I mean, after the clutch change, the pedal's traveling has increased until the gear can engage. Before it seemed more instant... can this be tweaked in order to make it as it was before?

Could be air in the slave cylinder/system but it's not unusual for the clutch to "feel" differently, especially if you've gone with an aftermarket unit. Your other clutch was worn out and mostly likely wasn't operating properly. ModMini on YouTube has a video with details on how to bleed the system if you want to go that route.

Has anyone changed his clutch and flywheel and has had a similar issue like mine?

Two ways primarily -- 1) gear engagement is much more positive; 2) pedal effort is much easier, so much so that I thought something was wrong the first time I drove it. I posted as such on the Forum and received confirmation from multiple sources that this was the normal operation of a Valeo clutch. So, bottom line, better in all ways.

How about an adjustable stop to bring the engagement point where you want it?
