2011 Mini Cooper s n18 won’t start after engine failure

It’s a 2011 R56 n18 with 82,000 miles.
I was driving on the free way and Starter loosing power and rpms engine was still running, if I gave it to much gas it would make a rattling noise. I pulled off the free way after 2 miles and the car died and wouldn’t start so I was like dang my timing chain went out so I got the car back home and tried starting it. The car turns over but won’t start. So I pulled the valve cover off to inspect the timing chain and it looks completely fine all the guides are completely fine and there is no slack in the chain. There are no engine codes So I am stumped on what the issue is. Any ideas would be awesome

Check your fuel pressure, and make sure there is gas in the tank.

Full tank

It had a full tank of gas when it happened and no prior symptoms of fuel pump failure.

No codes

Do I need a more expensive code reader because when I scan it there are no codes and it says I have no stored engine codes.

back in the day, my Countryman did something close to that and it was the fuel rail pressure sensor. Could you try and spry quick start/starter fluid to see if it is fuel related? Also, there is a green wire (ground) located on the valve cover in the back, check if it is tight? lastly, open the fuse box next to the ecu and swap the relays, specially the bottom one.
