R53 A/C and heat not blowing

Hey guys, this may have been posted before but I couldn’t find anything on this, my ac and heater all of a sudden stopped blowing, I looked under the glove box and the cabin filter was clean and the fan seemed to spin when I manually spun it, I even attempted to charge the ac and it didn’t do anything. I checked the compressor fuses and when I turn the ac on the car does drop revs, does anyone have any idea as to what other diy things I can try?

Aside from checking the relays/fuses for the heating & A/C blower motor, there's a Blower Motor Resistor, p/n 64111499122, that may have failed.

Compressor fuse controls the compressor, not the heating & A/C blower motor in the dash.

Passenger foot-well, tucked into left/forward corner, to left of cabin filter housing.
