How do i figure out torque for bolts that are not in manual ?

Hi
Im trying to torque up bolts on my head, its a N12 2007, the bolts are small about 1/8-1/4 inch thick they got to the plastic cap over the intermediate rocker. Anyone know the spec for these or how to figure it out ?
its not either of my manuals. Ive seen charts that say for this bolt this torque etc but not sure what bolt it is ? m3 m6 etc
thanks

Are you referring to the valve cover bolts? If so they torque to 7 ft/lbs. be sure to tighten in a cross pattern working from the center outward. Just tighten my hand until you feel the cover bottomnout on the head and then give each a gentle snug. 7 lbs is not much. Or you can use an in/lb torque wrench. 7 ft/lb = 84 in/lb.
