R56 P129E code

I just replaced my MAP sensor on my 2010 R56S with a third new one and code P129E " Manifold Absolute Pressure Minimum Pressure Implausible" continues to pop up. So my belief that I was getting a faulty new sensor seems wrong and it seems more likely that the old sensor was busted and not giving an error code. Now I need to figure out what the heck can cause this issue.
My car runs pretty well. The biggest giveaway that there is a problem is low mileage. Talking 18mpg low in the city(filled up yesterday).
MAP reading at idle - 26kpa
Upsteam O2 at idle - 0.70v
Downstream O2 at idle - Bounces around 0.00

Since the Bentley manual doesn't give operating parameters is there somebody here with an r56 that can add their OBD live data numbers so I can compare mine?

Just had an extra thought. I have a NM air charge pipe but no upgraded discharge pipe or anythnig else. Could this cause the P129E code and low mileage?

New information. After 15 minute idle warm up temp pre cat was 350F and post cat was 300F. So the catalytic converter is shot. Now to find out why!
Also got my NT520 Pro scan tool today so more information to come once I figure out how to use it.
