Blower motor only works on low settings?
2014 R55 JCW.
I usually leave my HVAC on "AUTO" and let the HVAC control the blower speed. It has been especially cold lately and today on the way to work, it would just not warm up in the car. I cranked the blower speed up and nothing was happening. Heat was just trickling out of the vents. I experimented and found that it seemed like nothing was blowing on the lowest fan setting. The next three clicks up of blower speed I could hear and feel an increase in blower speed. That is where it topped out at. None of the higher settings blew any harder than the 4th speed setting.
Car is out of warranty. I would like to fix it myself if possible. Any thoughts on where I should start looking?
