Multiple CEL thrown, possible one root cause?

Looking for direction on multiple engine codes, maybe one or two things causing them all?

Pending code P1498, plus the screen shot below. Knock sensor, 02 sensor (trailing I believe), catalytic converter, evap small leak.

The SES light is pretty regular but does randomly go off, and the EML comes on some times as I come to a stop while parking.

Garage has told me the gas cap tests ok.

2006 Cooper S, 193k miles, 6 speed, no mods.

Are those all current codes, or could some of them be older and were never cleared?

They are all current. I've cleared them with my code reader previously and they return. When I recently scanned and got these codes and did not clear them, the SES light went out for 2 drive cycles and then came back on.
