exhaust manifold harmonics

I'm getting some vibration on the shroud over the exhaust manifold when the engine is at certain RPMs. Anyone experience this? What might the fix be? Thanks.
It started after I had things taken apart from a coolant leak & thermostat replacement.

Make sure the bolts are tight. Also check if anything is hitting or close to the shield.

I've checked the bolts on the shroud itself and they're all tight. There is an extremely small gap between the shroud and the sensor on the top of the manifold. I thought maybe it was vibrating on that? Not sure how I would fix that though...
Also, it vibrates when it is idling and I can make it stop by lightly touching the shroud. As soon as I let go, it starts again.

I have a justa but have same experience. The harmonics seems to be the worst while engine is warming up. It growls the most about 2500 RPM & them suddenly clears up, so I assume it has something to do with Vanos operation. The heat shield covering header had cracked & I got that welded up, but that didn't cure the harmonics. I resigned to living with it.
