Oxygen sensor - which one to buy?

2004 MCS, 156K. Need to replace the downstream O2 sensor. What should I buy - Denso, NTK, or Bosch? Thanks.

O2 sensors other than those made by NGK/NTK (p/n 25648) are well documented to throw codes on our MINIs, sooooo....
