AEM-UEGO, Can it emulate our Oxygen Sensor?

I bought an AEM A/F gauge this weekend. It has the ability to emulate both the Autronic Wideband o2 (0-1Volt) sensor and a Nernst Cell o2 (0-1volt) sensor. Could the output from one of these modes be used to drive the ECU instead of the factory o2 sensor?
