Hey guys,
So like I said my 2009 R56 has reset when breaking traction on two separate occasions. The first time was when I was doing some "spirited driving," and the second was when I was trying to do a handbrake turn in the wet. The first time it happened it was a few seconds before resetting and almost put me into a tree. I really hope it is just a bad wire or fuse but I was wondering if anyone knew where to start. This is the only thing holding me back from getting the Manic stage 2 tune in case I would have to flash over it. Let me know if you guys have any ideas!

 

What do you mean by "reset"? Do you mean the dynamic stability control kicked in (you should have seen the DSC light flash)?

 

The car quickly shutdown and turned back on. While the car is off I would lose power steering before the car would turn back on. I'm pretty sure the DCS light turned on before the car would shut down.
