ECU open loop values

So, when the ECU is in open loop in normal operation looking at all the inputs from MAF, O2 sensors, IAT, etc etc, does anyone have the logic the ECU uses to decide what to do when looking at live data? I have a good scanner now and trying to diagnose why this damn P2188 code is being generated. Ill take some live data streams and post values soon.

Okay, I checked some values and few that stood out were the Fuel Rail Pressure and O2 sensor B1S1. At idle , FRP is about ~750psi and goes up to ~1010 at 4k rpm. O2 B1S1 reads about 1.45 V while cruising at 60mph, on decel it goes up ~2.4, V. I am also seeing a CATEMP which I assume is the conv temp and that's at 1100 *F. Engine coolant temp fluctuates from 185- 210 *F. Anything stand out? Is the FRP normally that low at idle? there is a "setpoint" value that I see which I assume is what the ECU is controlling, and the feedback through all tested RPM ranges is pretty close to that set point.

RPM = 699
COOLANT TEMP = 207*F
SHORTFT1 = -1.6%
LONGTFT1 = -4.7%
MAP = 6.7 PSI
MAF = .01 LB/S
FRP = 709 PSI

RPM = 3895
COOLANT TEMP = 203F
SHORTFT1 = -19.5%
LONGTFT1 = -4.7%

MAF = 0.5
FRP = 1080 PSI

Edit - the short term fuel trim I assume is not normally that high Im assuming, possibly indicating a leaking injector. Can someone confirm this?

if you suspect a leaking injector, let the car prime few times and DONOT start the car. remove all spark plugs and see which cylinder was/is flooded. I had a similar issue a while back and I couldn't know why. then i removed the plugs and was surprised to see the fuel.

all the values in teh OP are normal. FP should be ~750-800 at idle and max at close to 2000
