Blue smoke presists

History 2011 S N18. 109l miles .Had a valve cleaning they were bad but not crazy bad. The car smokes typically after it reaches operating temp, at that point its poofs after sitting in traffic or a long idle, also if I shut down and start her up after a short time I get the smoke. Once its at Op temp and romp it she smokes.
Plugs at clean not fouled, after the valve cleaning I noticed my PCV hose to turbo is dry and clean.

I hear valve seals and guides and piston rings but the plugs are always clean.
She seems to produce good power, especially after the decoking.

Last year I repaired a leak at the cooler and while I was at it I replaced the turbo oil feed and return lines.
Last I checked I didnt feel any major play in the turbo shaft side to side, I didn't check from front to back in line with the shaft though.

what i understand from blue smoke after extended amount of idle is, excessive gunk probably piles up inside pcv hoses and when you give some amount of gas, that gunk gets pulled into the chamber and burns. that should go out as blue smoke.

catch can is my suggestion; if my thinking here is right.

Catch can = useless
After my walnut blasting the hose from valve cover to turbo is spotless. Before yeah it had oil in it.
The problem is either riings v seals or turbo

If you suspect rings, do a compression test. How much oil do you have to add over a given set of miles?

Have you changed the valve cover, sometimes the PCV valve sticks open and then you get excessive oil, but you said its dry.
