Deciphering Dealer Speak

I just got a new (to me) Cooper S 2011 hardtop. The previous owner kept the service records and had all service done at the dealer. I have noticed that two times in 2017 (January and June) these parts were replaced:
PKTLINES turbo lines
07-11-9-905-176 hollow bolt
18-30-7-583-746 flange nut
11-65-8-617-069 return pipe
11-65-7-534-454 oil pipe
07-11-9-963-151 gasket ring
18-30-7-574-127 flat gasket
18-30-2-756-352 clamp
18-30-7-598-251 stud bolt
11-42-8-643-758 gasket set (June only)

In both cases, the description was "oil leaking". Is this a common service that I'm going to need to perform on a regular basis? Although I'm also wondering if the gaskets were leaking all along and the January service didn't actually fix the issue?

I think they are a common failure point, but twice leads me to believe it was done incorrectly first time or they only did a partial and not both at same time. Miles on car? Shouldn't be a regular thing.

Sounds like the turbo oil line. If you ever need to replace it again, I would recommend the full kit from Detroit Tuned.

I'd also recommend you find a good independent BMW/MINI shop in your area and leave the warranty work for the dealership. A good indie will bust his *** to keep you happy and a returning customer.
