bent rods/ stuck injectors?

So here's the back story of this! 2008 Mini S R56. no compression all 4 cylinders last fall. So, tore apart, nothing obvious, so Cylinder Head redone, honed cylinders, and new rings as the liners were glazed over, polished, and hardly any cross hatching left. Put back together, compression checked 180-200psi across all 4. Also did new vacuum pump, valve cover, timing set, vanos solenoid(found to be bad after rebuild), turbo(since intercooler lines/intake had lots of oil in them),high flow cat, Alta 3'" exhaust, and manic tune. Ran great, almost too good! Now, 8,000 miles later, it starts to seem to be running way too rich by the exhaust smell, and the MPG seems to be falling off, but I didn't have time to mess with it. Then a couple weeks later, it throws misfire code and runs rough. It's not using much oil at all, and no leaks. Low compression #1(only around 80psi), other 3 check good. Plugs reek of gas, oil(?) in intake. have no antifreeze leakage, and no pressure in cooling system, but definitely have some crankcase pressure blowing oil out around some seals and into turbo inlet, now. removed the intake and #1 cylinder port had oil running out of it, along with the inlet hose had quite a bit in it. Tore into it, removed head, nothing has been contacting the valves, all the seats are good. Remove piston1 and have cracked ring landing, along with a bent rod. All other piston are good, but 2 other rods are bent as well. So, here's where i'm just looking for some input? Do i have a serious fueling problem and flooded the cylinder with gas and it bent the rods? This is my daughter's car and I've been reluctant to work on it until this last mishap, because I have mobility issues. But I'm kinda leaning this way because the car has been to several shops in the last couple of years, and they always say the plugs are fouled like it has been flooded. It has had other misfire issues, but the shops always just put new plugs in it, and maybe a couple of coils have been changed, but the problem just seems to keep coming back? Supposedly, the fuel pressures were checked and said to be good, but i'm pretty certain the shop just said that because i told her to have them check it? She has been battling this ongoing problem ever since she bought it and seems about every 6 months it just quits running and needs new plugs.

Unless your daughter is secretly turning the boost up to 50psi for street racing late at night, I think you're right that it's flooding. I remember reading somewhere that the coolant temperature sensor can go bad telling the computer that it's a really cold day, which causes it to inject a lot of fuel at startup. It may not throw a code because the temperature is plausible.
