Stock Supercharger pulley not aligned

I searched pulley and align but didn't get the right hits.
Belt on my r52 fell off, trying to figure out why. To me it seems my supercharger pulley is off by a whole groove/rib (too close to SC) compared to all other pulleys??
thanks!

Is the belt old and in need of replacement? If you replaced it Have you done anything besides replace the belt? Remove or replace any pulleys? It does look like it might sit in towards the engine a little but hard to tell by the photo. Did the belt seem to lay naturally in line with all pulleys before the tension was applied? Double check the belt length and groove quantity. Compare it next to the old belt. If the belt is correct and you did nothing to the engine then I don’t know. Good luck!

I just looked at mine and the stock pulley should be just a little under an 1/8" off the aluminum supercharger frame. If that is a stock pulley I am trying to figure out how it got pushed in as it takes an act of congress to get the thing off.

Thanks both
So the original belt got shredded which is why I am looking for reasons why now and unable to tell how it sat before. I may temporary install a new belt without running engine to see it it is possible off. I am not the original owner either so no telling what they have done. As now it's the best time I ordered a 15% aftermarket pulley and night see how it aligns when installed..

It was on too far so changing to an aftermarket pulley isn't going to fix it. Need to have the nose rebuilt and the shaft realigned properly.
