EP and Warning Lights

Hi There. My 2007 R52 MCCS auto has just under 200K on the clock and has been running really well with regular maintenance and repairs. The last few days the transmission has occasionally been slow to shift between 2-3 and sometimes revving fairly high between those two. Today when I drove out the dash lit up with Service Engine soon, traction control and TPMS warning lights, together with the "EP" emergency program indicator showing. I had just got on the interstate and the transmission wouldn't shift from 2-3, so I drove slowly to the next exit and home. I restarted the engine and only the SES and EP indicators were on and the transmission seemed to shift ok - but obviously the EP indicates a problem.

I have a good repair shop and a great transmission shop - my question is: you think I should I go straight to the transmission shop? Or could there be something else wacky going on that the repair shop could take care of? Its possible I may have to get towed so I'd like to make the smartest choice of where to start.

Thanks!
