Transmission issues! Please help

Car was running fine no grinds slippings
or pop outs.
Park the car do some work start it. Clutch pedal is super stiff won’t go all the way to the floor. So i can’t even start the car 🤦🏻*♂️🤦🏻*♂️🤦🏻*♂️
Not sure where to even start please help

silly question, did you try looking under the paddle for stuck objects?

there is a bleeder on the clutch slave cylinder, release it and press the clutch slowly (put something to catch the fluid). if it goes down, DO NOT pull the peddle until you have closed the bleeder. (you dont want air in the system)

if that doesnt work, you might have a burned/seized through out bearing.
