Hello all, first time poster so sorry if I screw this up!

I got myself my Mini “Mel” about 2 months ago and and something I noticed is the TPS and DSC lights turn on at random moments and when they turn on they wont go away until I turn off Mel and turn her back on. Others things that have happened over the past month is the tachometer turns off and on which I am sure is a short or loose connection. And finally is the check engine code I have gotten which is the P1603 which will happen in very rare occasions now.

Mainly, I am concerned about why my DSC and TPS are turning on when my Tire Pressure is perfectly fine.
