To everyone this is the first time I do this but I have a question. I have 09 mini cooper s standard. @ 3000 rpm is making a clicking noise it just started yesterday when I was getting into the highway... does anybody has some input on what could be? Thanks again everyone

 

How many miles? Likely culprit is the timing chain..

 

80k. But it doenst makes the noise until you hit the 3000rpm. A few months ago I got the yellow check engine light onbut it went away, the code I got for that it was the over retarded camshaft...
