My non-HK left front speaker grill has a cracked plastic cover from someone's foot hitting it. An archive search tells me it is semi-permanently attached to the door card. I had thought to take the door card off and try to super glue the cracks from the back, but I see there is also a honeycomb grill behind it that may make that more difficult.
I see new ones are high $$$$$ and even used ones are $40 on ebay. Does anyone have a source for a less expensive replacement? Or advice on how to glue the cracks in mine?
Yes, I have seen people bump those, you might be able to glue it after you remove the grille but just be careful and take your time gluing and it should work. I have seen them crack and then a chunk breaks off.
