Grills grills grills

I noticed that my 09 cooper s has a lot of plastic in the grill that isn't open, but with the JCW, it seems the whole grill has holes for air to get through, plus the front bumper has vented brake ducts. Is it possible just to order those parts instead of a whole new front end?

Actually, its the same amount of radiator & intercooler openings for both the 'S'-models / non-kitted JCW's versus the aero-kit JCW's.
Plus the grill is suppose to direct air through the radiator, intercooler, and AC condensor, not around them.

The only difference is the brake duct opening on the JCW aero kit which seems to provide "more surface area", but doesn't.
