jammmed a torx bit in the door latch actuator, door won't open

Had a bowden jump the slot and window clip that cracked. Opened up the door, removed window and panel and actuator. Sprayed actuator with a little silicone spray and reinstalled with a bowden "adjustment." Latch worked fine manually when testing with the door open. So I shut it and it will not open.
I have tried manually with a screw driver on the actuator and locking pin.
I have tried beating on it to open it.
i think I may have lost a torx bit in the lock when i was testing it.
Can i remove the door by the hinge? Does that include removing the fender? Thanks for any advice. I'm a N00b so be nice

Have you tried opening / unlocking with the remote or the dashboard switch?
Does the other door open OK from the inside?

locks work on both sides with switch, bowden cables pull completely on drivers side actuator
Can I disassemble the actuator from the inside and get it to unlatch?
