High Pressure Steering Hose Leak

I know this isn't a super common one, but at $220+ per hose, is there a chance that there's a failed crush washer or o-ring in the banjo fitting? I guess mine has a leak and $220 + a massive headache is a little more than I'm willing to stomach right now.

Sometimes is the clamps, but then the hose swells and leaks again. You can get the whole kit here and fix all the issues, it's usually done when the dealer or the individual changes the lines before they get the new power steering pump. You can DIY it yourself.

Are the hoses in good shape, if so then you can try a new crush washer and clamp:

If you can all the fluid off and then drive and see where its leaking first. Pictures are further down in the thread as they were reposted. We have kits as low as $82 with free shipping. Make sure you get the CHF 11s also.

The return lines are easy. I'm talking about the high pressure line from the pump to the rack that sits just above the subframe.

Ok, this:

ist a little harder to get out. But Yes, clean the line then see if its the crush washer or the connection with the o ring. You can get to it on the driver side wheel well and the other side you can get from the passenger side wheel well. Much easier if you have a lift.
