need help removing banjo bolt for the power steering return line

I'm need help removing the banjo bolt for the power steering return line. It seems to be stuck. Any method you can suggest would be greatly appreciated.

Did you see this thread on the DIY, going through the wheel well, with the wheel off and an extension /swivel head helps.
