2011 Clubman S, CD player quit
The lens on the cd player might have dirt, dust on it . Shoot a can of air in there, like the compressed computer air can. It will have a nozzle, then try again.

^^ I was just thinking about that. But it might be a bad driver. I would try several CDs first. To make sure its not just a bad scratched CD or one it cannot read. Do you have navigation?

I checked for loose connections, not an easy task with hands my size, and found nothing suspect. I tried the compressed air again. CD player is now working. It must have been the angle of the compressed air. Life is good. Thanks for your feedback. Its the simple things.....
