I have a Moss skid plate ready to install, but I am going to paint it first. I plan to only paint the side facing down. Which one is it? The plate has two wings and a back section that are bent up. Or is is bent down? Which way does it fit?

 

The bent mounting fins on either side should bend upwards toward the car. Hope that helps.

 

Yup, thats all I needed to know. Amazing how instruction sheets are written by people who already know which way is up. They have a nice diagram of the part, but it is not labelled as top and bottom!
