Problem with remote central locking R53 2005

Hey guys.
I have this problem with my central locking. I was switching the ignition switch in my car. I took the battery out and did the job. After that my centra locking via key stopped working. I can start the car and function normally, but both of my keys just dont open or close the car.
Any ideas? A bad fuse or anything?
The central locking works when I use the key in the door

The ignition switch shouldn't have anything to do with remote lock. Exactly what did you change (part#)?

The rechargeable battery inside the fob might not be holding a charge any longer. Some owners have made their key to work again by replacing the battery. Unfortunately, it wasn't designed to be replaced, and requires cutting open the fob case and unsoldering the old battery.

Yeah, thought about that too. Used that battery tester they have in auto parts stores, says the battery is good. Right now I have enough things to do on the car to keep me busy for a min. I will get to it at some point...

Both keys are good as I had them tested. This happened when I unplugge dthe car battery and put it in again.
What could have gone bad?
