P115C - Differences between throttle body housings?

I'm chasing down a P115C CEL, and after cleaning then replacing the MAF sensor, I'm jumping straight to replacing the throttle body since I have a little rough idling and some surging when slowing down. Everything else seems to run fine -- just did a 500 mile highway trip with no issues (other than the CEL). It just seems to be a problem at low RPM/low air volume. It's weird that this error popped up right after I changed the air filter, but I'm guessing that's just coincidence at this point.

Anyway, realoem shows a new throttle body starting from 02/22/2016 (part #13548675278). Does anyone know what the differences are in the new throttle housing? I have a 2007 Cooper S.

I'll probably try to clean the throttle out before replacing it, but I'd like to get an idea if the latest throttle housing has some major differences worth seeking out instead of the 13548624189 version. Seems people have had luck with the Continental VDO version that's considerably cheaper, as well. Can anyone chime in? Thanks!

Has anyone understood the difference between 13548624189 and 13548675278?
