Front parking lights not working

To clarify, are you saying that while blinkers are on, the parking lights work as expected in the 3 switch positions (off/parking/headlight), but when blinkers are off the parking lights never turn on? That's pretty weird. Do the rear parking lights work correctly in all situations?
A thought is that the switch on the steering column might be bad and the parking light switch isn't making contact unless the turn lever is flipped. However this wouldn't make sense unless the rear parking lights also exhibit the same problem.

When I turn the lights on I don't have any front parking lights. The backs work fine.
But If I use a blinker that light flashes. I.E. If I put the left blinker on to turn. The front parking light and side marker blink as they should. Nothing with the right side is on at that time. Unless I turn right and use the right blinker then that side flashes normally. If that's clearer. So I know bulbs are fine, and getting power.

Just to clarify, the parking lights do not flash along with the blinkers. The front blinkers are the amber lights on the side of each unit toward the center of the car. The parking lights are the clear/white ones on the outside of each unit and should be lit continuously when selected on the control. Maybe disconnect the feed for each parking light and reconnect to see if that helps or use a test light to see if the plug is getting any juice.

The front parking lights are white 194 wedge bulbs. It sounds like your front parking bulbs are burnt out (or contacts corroded and not making contact). Open the hood and look down, and you'll see the connectors to separate bulb holders for turn signal and parking light. Twist the bulb holder to release it from the housing. It might be pretty tight and you may need pliers to help you grip it to twist.

No, as BRGPA said, the parking lights do not blink.

Now I got myself confused. I'll have to check again. I swear the round ones on the front of the bumper blink with the ones in the fender next to the door.
So the ones on the bumper aren't suppose to blink? There just suppose to be on with the lights. Just the ones on the fender next to the door are suppose to blink.

The round light fixture at the front of the bumper houses two separate lights — a non-blinking parking light and a blinking turn signal. Notice that the turn signal doesn't light up the entire circle. Open the hood and look at the back of the fixture.

The wire harness plugs into the socket just to the right of the signal light bulb. (Outboard / driver side)

Hi all - I’m having the same issue. Parking lights worked before and now not working. The only fuse I found was under the hood (F010 15amp Parking Lights). Is there another I should inspect? All other bulbs function as expected and bulbs have been replaced. Still need to get my hands on a multimeter to test voltage but hoping there might be something else I’m missing.
