Need help, fill plug

Hi everyone,

I'm in need of a 2004, base model automatic transmission part. This part is a gearbox fill plug.
It is on top of the gearbox, under the battery box. This plug has a what looks like a brass washer. The one on the car is stripped and I don't want to remove it until I have a another one.

On the 2004 it uses a T-40 to remove the plug. Some have said it is a gearbox fill plug only used at the Mini factory..??

I've searched online for days without success, even a European parts store told me they don't even have this part listed, but I'm sure it is out there. Not sure about anything else except what I've stated.

Thanks

You need the drain plug in the circle :

Whats the size of the plug? I might be able to cross ref it.

Hi, sorry for the delayed response, I've been very busy. No, that is not the plug.

The plug I'm needing is on top of a flat space on the gearbox. I am not sure of the size because It is not removed yet. I want to wait to remove it when I have a replacement...not sure what method I'll use to remove the plug, but I'm sure it will not be able to be replaced.

This plug has a t-40 fitting, has what appears to be a brass or at least a brass colored washer. It has a round head.
It sits under the battery box.

Thanks all.
