The Codes are for O2 ( catless downpipe ) and then on a Walmart $20 scanner P0320 most of the time the check engine light for limp mode goes away right away or sometimes just flashes.

So Today I was able to clear all the codes do a pull and let it cut out again and give me the limp mode. I scanned the car and it came up with no codes. so I decided to do another pull with in limp mode and it still was cutting out just like the video. I recently replaced spark plugs with NGK 1422 and spaced to .022 and new ignition coils and a new intake hose. My car is all stock expect for a catless down pipe. I do know I have a small exhaust leak where the down pipe and jcw exhaust meet but I have always had that and nobody can seem to fix that. I thought it might be my high pressure fuel pump so I don't think so.

NGK1422's should be gapped at 0.024" (6mm). Note that these are one range colder than OEM and typically need a few more mods than just catless downpipe. You might want to talk with a tuner to get rid of your limp mode issues --- catless DP's are pretty common for them. Are your new coils OEM or aftermarket?

Okay I will take a closer look at the gap and they are Delphi ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) I will order stock plugs and see if that changes anything.

I read somewhere that OEM coils are designed for iridium plugs. Are you sure this is an OEM replacement coil, for your model / year? Amazon description doesn't mention Mini. If still available, maybe try your original coils?

My car did the same thing on stock coils that's why I replaced them as it was time for new spark plugs anyway. I just thought it was bad plugs, bad coils that made the problem.
