MINI not starting

First for me, may just be a low battery, but seems to have issues when it's raining or wet; mostly just a groggy start.
Just now, checked into hotel, got back to car after driving through heavy rain, (and no splash shield under engine), won't start. Lights and stuff come on, but nothing from starter, just clicking.
Notice that time had reset.
Just a jump needed or anything else?
There was also water on ignition terminal 3.

So, it just started. Had it parked in reverse, moved it to first, clutch in and started like normal.
Weird.

Actually with all this rain, it's acting funky:
Mileage/clock reset
Some of the gauges don't want to fully do through their cycle
The outside temperature readout starts at cold and jumps to different incorrect numbers.
The driver's window slightly rolls down up not back up when door is open.
Xenon bulbs flicker as though they are LEds
Of course, it's ECU controlled, so I'm wondering where water would be getting or gotten in !!!???

Yes might be getting in the side window or the from the sunroof drain into the footwell module or fuse box. Check those asap.

No sunroof, but I will check where water would drain. Did not start this morning after two good back to back starts last night.
Battery isn't low either. I left windows down and got a ride to work.

Kicked the fuse panel and it started.
What am I looking at for cause and difficulties of getting one repaired?
